– The double-walled grinding basket is water-cooled. When combined with a cooling-jacketed product vessel, highly effective and efficient temperature control can be achieved.
– Since no additional pump, hose, pipe, or separate vessel is required, cleaning is quicker and easier, allowing for faster product changeovers. The entire production process can be completed within a single vessel.
– As the product is processed in a closed vessel, there is no solvent emission or product loss, which also prevents environmental pollution.
– The grinding basket is designed as an open system, allowing the grinding beads to remain in a floating state during operation. Bead leakage is prevented, and worn beads can be easily replaced.
